“ Chusu kitchen is one of my fav Restaurants in Sapa. I had 3 days in Sapa and spent 2 days in Chusu kitchen. Duck thigh with red wine. Burrata Salad with salmon- that was so nice. I also had braised beef rib and chicken skewers on next day. I was very impressed with the duck so tender. I tried Pumkin was oke If I came back I will try cheese cake which the friendly staff recommended. Thank you guys. ”
“ Amazing Amazing Amazing! Wonderfully hearty food, professional and attentive service staff, beautiful and relaxing ambience! Such a wonderful experience here at ChuSu. I rarely give 5 stars to food places but this restaurant definitely deserves 5! Staff also provide insect repellant ”
“ We had a fantastic dinner with their DIY fresh spring roll, which features fresh ingredients. In particular, their cured pork with some kind of BBQ sauce is fantastic: I don't know how they do it, but the savoury-sweet sauce really elevates the dish and the pork texture is good. We refilled the rice paper once to finish things up. Their passionfruit cheesecake is alright. Not something one who is expecting a cheesy cake would look forward to: it's lighter, much less cheese-forward in taste and closer to a cream cake instead. But I do enjoy the light texture and how the passionfruit flavours and the red sauce (think it's dragonfruit based) came together. Overall, this will be a good place that I'll consider again if I go back to Sapa. ”
“ We had a wonderful dinner here. Good atmosphere, homey and the food was delicious. We ordered beef with pepper sauce, Sapa prawn soup, duck breast with homemade noodles, pork ribs, and panna cotta for dessert. All of them were delicious but the pork ribs was outstanding. It was tender, fragrant and the coconut rice in the side was superb. I love the dessert too! It wasn’t too sweet and the dragon fruits compote matched it perfectly. Thank you for the lovely dinner! ”
“ So good I came back twice. I loved their modern take on vietnamese food. I felt like I was fine dining, the flavours were complex and presentation was so beautiful. Our favourites were the duck breast with homemade noodles, pork belly spring rolls, chestnut soup and cheesecake. Seriously the cheesecake is awesome. Eat the cheesecake ”
“ Amazing restaurant! We had as a starter each soups and for main dishes a steak in pepper sauce and traditional pork ribs. I was surprised how stylish the dishes were, also it‘s taste was very good! You can’t compare the steak to western steak houses, but luckily also not the prices. As a dessert we shared a Vietnamese panna cotta. Would recommend! ”
“ Nice and cozy restaurant with great service. Love the quiet atmosphere. The food is amazing with many local selections to choose from. Love the ginseng chicken porridge. Duck was great too. Bun cha with beef sausage was a local dish we liked. ”
“ Very satisfied with the food and the whole experience. We went for early dinner on Monday and had the whole restaurant for ourselves. The food was really good, especially the duck with mountain herbs, steak with black pepper sauce. Almost gave up with beef dishes in Sapa cos most ended up too hard, but this one the medium rare was tender. Would recommend! ”
